A    Sublimation technology is to print the designed patterns on products of various materials,such as wood, metal plates, ceramic, glass, slate through                            sublimation machines.
      This technology makes it easier and faster to obtain personalized craft gifts.
      Just print your design by using a dye sublimation printer and special heat transfer paper, then use a sublimation machine to complete the transfer.Through           this technology, it has been possible to obtain different creative products, such as ornaments, coasters, pet supplies, mugs, tumblers, keychains, photo frames,       fridge magnets, puzzles, clothes and pillows. There will be more and more products that can be sublimated in the future.

A    We supply ceramic, hardboard(MDF), Aluminum, FRP, glass, slate, Arcylic and stainless steel sublimation blanks.

A    The MOQ for each type of product is one case, such as ornaments 500pieces/case, coasters 500pieces/case, mugs 500pieces/case.
      To achieve the most economical bilateral costs, we strongly recommend you to order one pallet at least by sea shipment(for example, 11oz mugs, it would be        1800pcs).
      If your order quantity is much less than one pallet we will deliver them by air courier such as DHL, UPS, FedEX, TNT etc. The shipping freight is based on                total weight or total volume, we will choose the best one based on your full list.

A     Yes. We can provide samples with a value of less than US$5 for free. Fees are required for the part exceeding US$5. You only need to pay the courier fee           of DHL, UPS, FEDEX, ARAMEX or CHINA POST.
       Sample before mass production: we will send you photos and videos of the sample and proceed mass production after your final confirmation. Courier fee               should be paid by your side if you need to receive the sample.

A     Yes, adding your logo or your customized logo sticker to the outside of the box is possible.

A     We have different packaging methods because different shapes and sizes of the products. For example, we supply 500pieces per case of 11oz mug,           individual or non-individual packaging. Please contact us to get the packaging details of the sublimation blanks you want, detailed measurements will be                 sent  at once.

A     If you order custom sublimation blanks, it is normally ready to ship in 30-40 working days from your confirmation of the sample.
       If you orders are in stock, we will ship out in 2-5 working days from approval.

A     Yes, shipping to Amazon FBA warehouse is possible. Also we support to put FBA labels on the products.
